Jim Urban
Jim is a passionate and highly-skilled communicator and leader. He has over 15 years of sales, marketing, and leadership experience in higher education, non-profit, and private-practice counseling settings.
As an Executive coach and consultant, he partners with leaders to achieve tremendous results in their organizations by growing and enhancing their leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. His passion is to help leaders enhance their competencies and overcome hurdles so they can realize a higher level of success and effectiveness.
Jim is also a licensed therapist, group private-practice owner, and specialist in working with couples and business leaders. He has a high level of training in individual and organizational psychology, relationships, and conflict-resolution.
Utilizing this expertise, he enjoys equipping leaders with the enhanced knowledge and skills needed to address interpersonal, organizational culture, and conflict-management challenges.
Rebecca Gruenemeier
Rebecca lives in Savannah, GA with her husband, Todd, and 2 shetland sheepdogs, Nigel and Pearl. Her mission in life is simple... to teach people how to live a life with no regrets.
She loves using her creative energy to help transform situations in practical and lasting ways. She has a love for people, business, psychology, and intentionality. She built and sold a home staging business in Tampa Fl before transitioning to coaching full time.
She is the owner of TopFlock Leadership that helps others raise their personal bar in the areas of boundaries, business and relationships. She starts first with a great assessment called the Print test which helps people and teams know why they do what they do. Her clients describe her as the quintessential encourager yet firm and inspiring.
Steve Seay
Steve is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Trusted Advisor, bringing over 15 years of management and leadership experience to the table. His focus is to guide clients through a journey of self-discovery and alignment to their core values. Steve firmly believes in the whole-person approach, recognizing that each aspect of our lives significantly impacts the others.
With an academic background in psychology (MA in Marriage & Family Therapy), Steve expertly blends counseling and advisory work, allowing his clients to unlock their potential and achieve their desired results. His coaching extends to individuals, groups, and companies, enhancing both personal growth and professional development.
Whether it's cultivating leadership skills, drafting vision and mission statements, promoting well-being initiatives, or mastering relationships, Steve's approach is designed to facilitate personal victories and professional advancement.
